Cost Centers

In catalog360 Cost Centers are configured as part of the Buying Account structure.

A Buying Account is the organisation or division who makes the spend requests.

Inside Buying Accounts addresses can be added for both billing and shipping.  The billing addresses (address type of Billing) are the Cost Centers, and must feature a code (Cost Center Code).

You can have the same Cost Center Code under multiple Buying Accounts.

Cost Centers (Buying Account Addresses set to Billing) can be imported using the Settings > Chart of Accounts feature.

Permissions can be set to determine which Buying Accounts, Cost Centers and Shipping addresses are visible and defaulted for each user.
