Creating a User

  1. Go to the settings page by selecting Settings from the top right dropdown menu.
  2. Select Users from the left hand menu.
  3. Click the green New button to add a new user.
  4. Fill in the First Name, Last Name and Email Address fields. 
  5. The User Name will be prefilled with the Email Address, edit it if you wish.
  6. Tick Super User if you want to give full permissions.
  7. Select and relevant Roles from the Select Roles box.
  8. Check that the Buying Account and default Buying Account Addresses are correct.
  9. Click Save.

When a new user is created, an email will be sent to the given Email Address which welcomes them to buyer360. In this email, the user is prompted to set their password before they can sign in.
