Apps overview

You can activate apps to add functions and extend the capabilities of your catalog360 system. For example, apps help you integrate or exchange data, including document transfers and punch out catalog access. The list of apps available is shown through the Apps function on the home page.

To activate an app, click the Activate button in the Status column. To deactivate an app, click the Deactivate button in the Status column.

Where an app has been rated using the five-star system, this is shown in the Rating column.

The following apps are currently available, although this list is subject to change:

PEPPOL Access Point  This app provides a PEPPOL (Pan European Public Procurement OnLine) Access Point to enable electronic documents to be exchanged with any trading parter also registered with PEPPOL. 
 Send Documents (Order Ack, Ship Note, Invoice) - SFTP This app enables you to send document files (EDI formats) , such as order acknowledgements (POACK), ship notices (ASN) and invoices to specific supplier connection to circle360 via SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol, or Secure File Transfer Protocol).
Send Documents (Order Ack, Ship Note, Invoice) - FTPS This app enables you to send document files (EDI formats) , such as order acknowledgements (POACK), ship notices (ASN) and invoices to specific supplier connection to the circle360 via FTPS (File Transfer Protocol, FTP-ES, FTP-SSL and FTP Secure).
Send Documents (Order Ack, Ship Note, Invoice) - FTP This app enables you to send document files (EDI formats) , such as order acknowledgements (POACK), ship notices (ASN) and invoices to specific supplier connection to circle360 via FTP (File Transfer Protocol).
Receive Documents (Orders) - SFTP This app enables specific customer connections to send order document files (EDI formats) to circle360 via SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol, or Secure File Transfer Protocol).
Receive Documents (Orders) - FTPS This app enables specific customer connections to send order document files (EDI formats) to circle360 via FTPS (File Transfer Protocol, FTP-ES, FTP-SSL and FTP Secure).
Receive Documents (Orders) - FTP This app enables specific customer connections to send order document files (EDI formats) to circle360 via FTP (File Transfer Protocol).
Send Documents (Order Ack, Ship Note, Invoice) - cXML This app enables you to send documents such as order acknowledgements (POACK), ship notices (ASN) and invoices to specific supplier connection via cXML messages.
Receive Documents (Orders) - cXML This app enables specific customer connections to send order documents to circle360 via cXML OrderRequest messages.
PunchOut Catalog Access - OCI If your organisation has a PunchOut Catalog which supports OCI (Open Catalog Interface) connections, this app allows you to quickly make your catalog available to specific connections on circle360.
PunchOut Catalog Access - cXML If your organisation has a PunchOut Catalog which supports cXML connections, this app allows you to quickly make your catalog available to specific connections on circle360.
