You can export items details to a .CSV file. This includes all item details, not just category information.
To create a .CSV file containing item details
- On the Categories form, click Export Items.
- A task will be scheduled to create the CSV file. This will be included as an attachment to an email, depending on how user records are defined.
You can keep track of the progress of all your export tasks and view the outcome by clicking the task name. The table will show the ID, a description, the date and time scheduled, date and time completed, and current status.
