If you allow customers to pay for goods or services with a credit or debit card, you need to set up details of the cards you accept. This information includes the surcharges applicable for card transactions.
To add a payment card
- On the Product Details menu, click Payment Cards.
- Click Add Payment Card. The Add Payment Card form appears.
- Complete the details described in the table below.
- Click Add Payment Card.
These fields are required *
|Card Display Name *||Type the name of the card as it will appear on your online store.|
|Card Type *||Type the description of the card type.|
|ProtX Type||Type the name of the ProtX payment gateway service.|
|Image 1||Click select image to upload or select an image; for example of the card or payment service logo.|
|Image 2||Click select image to upload or select a second image for the card or payment service.|
|Surcharge Percentage||Enter the percentage of surcharge to apply for transactions completed with the payment card.|
|Surcharge Amount||Enter the amount of surcharge to apply for transactions completed with the payment card.|
|Display Order||Choose the order in which this card appears as a payment option on the online store.|
|Brand||Choose the brand from the drop-down list.|
