Setting up cross links

Use cross links to link to related products, categories, articles and article types for cross-selling and creating 'see also' sections in your catalog. You can also link to other web pages or a file, such as a brochure or product specification document, or an online catalog function such as account details, order history, basket, and so on.

You can set up cross links to multiple options. For example, you can have one item link to several others or to a mix of items, files, URLs and so on.

If you have already set up at least one cross link, you can edit the details associated with it by clicking edit links that is displayed alongside the 'From' record.
