Adding a contact classification

  1. On the Contacts & Emails menu, click Classifications/Mailing Lists.
  2. Click Add Classification/Mailing List.
  3. In Name, type the name of the classification.
  4. In Type, choose the type of classification. This will be either 'Mailing List - Accepting Subscribers', 'Mailing List - not Accepting Subscribers', or 'Private Classification'.
  5. Click Add.

The system will add the classification to the list. The number of contacts subsequently assigned to the classification will be shown whenever you return to the Classifications/Maiiling Lists form.
