- On the Contacts & Emails menu, click Classifications/Mailing Lists.
- Click Add Classification/Mailing List.
- In Name, type the name of the classification.
- In Type, choose the type of classification. This will be either 'Mailing List - Accepting Subscribers', 'Mailing List - not Accepting Subscribers', or 'Private Classification'.
- Click Add.
The system will add the classification to the list. The number of contacts subsequently assigned to the classification will be shown whenever you return to the Classifications/Maiiling Lists form.
