You can export details of purchase invoices either to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or to a new web page.
To export purchase invoice details
- On the Purchasing menu, click Purchase Invoices. The Purchase Invoices form appears.
- On the menu bar, click Export Purchase Invoices.
- Click the link depending on whether you want to export to an Excel spreadsheet or to a new web page.
If you choose the web page option, a new tab will open in your browser and the purchase invoice details shown in an html table.
