Exporting purchase invoices

You can export details of purchase invoices either to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or to a new web page.

To export purchase invoice details

  1. On the Purchasing menu, click Purchase Invoices. The Purchase Invoices form appears.
  2. On the menu bar, click Export Purchase Invoices.
  3. Click the link depending on whether you want to export to an Excel spreadsheet or to a new web page.

If you choose the web page option, a new tab will open in your browser and the purchase invoice details shown in an html table.
