You can export details of contacts to a Microsoft Excel file. You can choose which fields you export. If you want to export only contacts updated between certain dates, you can set this too.
To export contact details
- On the Contacts & Emails menu, click Contacts.
- Click Export Contacts.
- Choose the fields you want to include in the export file. By default, all fields are selected.
- If you want to restrict the export to contacts that have been updated between certain dates, enter these in the boxes provided.
- Click the Export to Excel button.
Once the contact file is created, you can view and manage the content in Microsoft Excel or a compatible spreadsheet program.
