Managing customer email addresses

Use the Email addresses option to manage the email addresses associated with customers, including the opt-in and opt-out status for bulk mailings.

To manage email addresses

  1. On the Contacts & Emails menu, click Email Addresses. The Email Addresses form appears.
  2. The form lists the email address records of customers. You can filter this list using the options under Filter Results.
  3. You can search for an address using all or part of an address under Search.
  4. For each email address, the list shows whether the email format is HTML, whether it is opt-in or opt-out status and the dates each status was last updated. To edit a record, click the edit link.
