Use the Email addresses option to manage the email addresses associated with customers, including the opt-in and opt-out status for bulk mailings.
To manage email addresses
- On the Contacts & Emails menu, click Email Addresses. The Email Addresses form appears.
- The form lists the email address records of customers. You can filter this list using the options under Filter Results.
- You can search for an address using all or part of an address under Search.
- For each email address, the list shows whether the email format is HTML, whether it is opt-in or opt-out status and the dates each status was last updated. To edit a record, click the edit link.
