Changing the status of a requisition

You can change the status of one or many requisitions fro the list displayed when you select the Requisitions option from the Purchasing menu. Alternatively, you can change the status of a particular requisition from the detailed view.

To update the status from the list

  1. On the Purchasing menu, click Requisitions. The Requisitions form appears.
  2. Use the filters or search facilities if you want to change the requisitions shown in the list.
  3. Click to set the Select option alongside the requisition or requisitions you want to submit. If you want to select all requisitions, click to set the Select All option.
  4. In the drop-down list box, click to select the status you want to assign.
  5. Click the Submit button.

To update the status from the detailed view

  1. On the Purchasing menu, click Requisitions. The Requisitions form appears.
  2. Use the filters or search facilities if you want to change the requisitions shown in the list.
  3. Click either the Updated Date or Ref. field of the requisition you want to update. The detailed view of the requisition appears.
  4. Alongside New Status, in the drop-down list box, click to select the status you want to assign.
  5. Click the Change Status button.
