The benefit of using email templates is the that you can create a standard presentation format for emails you send, perhaps to reflect your organisation's corporate style.
You can control the way in which email message content is structured and formatted into HTML if you want. All emails sent out are logged so you can see the history of email correspondence.
To create a new template
On the Contacts & Emails menu, click Email Templates. The Email Templates form appears.
Click Add Template.
Complete the details in the fields provided, then click Save.
