Viewing the contact activity log

You can use the Contact Activity Log option to view the activities of contacts in catalog360. Different activities are logged according to what action has been taken involving a contact. For example, this might be an inbound or outbound call, an email, a document raised (such as quotation or order), a visit and on on.

You can maintain a list of activity types that define the kind of activities that are associated with contacts. 

Details of activities are available for you to export to a Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet.
