The workflow log shows you the steps for a particular process in catalog360. For example, this might be a new purchase order or invoice that has been raised, and update to an existing order, and so on.
For each entry in the log, the system shows the date and time of the workflow, the workflow and step descriptions, the date and time the step was started and finished, the status and explanatory message.
You can choose to show only failed workflow steps by clicking the Show Only Failed Steps option.
Where a step has failed, you can click Re-Execute Step if you want to retry, perhaps having resolved the issue identified in the Message column.
