You can define security policies that are used to control the way in which users or groups of users manage their passwords.
For a particular group, such as super users, admin users, policy/site users, or for new and individual users, you can set the maximum login and password ages.
In the case of the login age, this controls the period of time up to which a user belonging to the policy can log on the catalog360. After that time, their account is locked.
In the case of the password age, this controls the period of time up to which a user belonging to the policy can use the password they have before another one needs to be created. Once a password has expired, if no new one is assigned, the user account is locked.
Apart from the group settings for users, you can add individual users to a policy by choosing from the Add new user drop down list and then clicking the Add button.
