From the Home page of the Portal, you can begin creating a requisition by searching for an item you want. You’ll find information about how to find items using categories and various search facilities in Support Centre helps topics.
As well as easy-to-use search facilities, there are features to help you find items more easily for future requisitions, such as showing you recently bought items or those that you’ve tagged as favourites.
Catalog360 helps you make sure you choose items that are ‘on contract’ so you can benefit from cost savings and keep within your organisation’s purchasing rules.
There a other ways you can create a draft requisition:
- You can select the New Draft option on the My Requests page.
- If you are using a bar code reader or scanner and have downloaded the scanning sheet for requisitions, you can scan the Create Request bar code.
