Submitting a requisition starts the approval process. This process will be configured in catalog360 according to your organisation’s policies. There are a number of factors that can contribute to the process, such as value thresholds, contractual requirements, and so on.
People who are in the approval chain – it might be one person or several – are notified when a requisition is raised and can review what you’ve included.
If the requisition does not meet the conditions for approval, it will be rejected and shown in a list when you select the Rejected option on the My Requests page.
If the requisition is approved, you’ll be able to see it in a list when you select the Approved option on the My Requests page.
When you are viewing a requisition that is pending approval, you can see who is in the approval chain.
