Managing document handlers

To add a document handler

  1. On the Admin menu, click Security, then click Approval Chains. The Approval Chains form appears.
  2. On the menu bar for the Approval Chains form, click Add Document Handler. The Add Document Handler form appears.
  3. In Name, type the name of the handler.
  4. In Description, type the description for the handler.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Complete the handler record including assigning rules.
  7. Click Save.
