Catalog360 Admin

When updating item or contract details, trigger an update to the Elastic data store so that the catalogue is updated accordingly.

 

Catalog360 Circle

Quotes

When submitting a quotation, enable a supplier to add an explanatory note.  The explanatory note will be mandatory where a supplier is declining to quote.

Correct defect where viewing of quotation requests was impaired when using IE10.

Tasks

Amend Breakdown task so that an actual repair date can entered for any date, and not just a future date.

Amend Asset Information Request task to display “GPS/Telemetry Unit Included?” field for appropriate products.

Draft Request Page

Correct defect where non-catalogue item price is being truncated.

Requests

Where alerts or messages are applied to a Request via a Document Handler, display the alerts and/or messages at the top of the page.

Provide a new “Has Alert” status option to filter by requests with an active alert.

Add new column “Required By” so that Requests can be sorted or filtered by required date to users/roles where permission is granted.

On the Request detail page, for Rental lines, display the delivery and collection date, as well as the rental period.

All new tab “All Requests” to be visible only to Super Users, or to users/roles where permission is granted.

Correct minor defect where it was possible for some users to assign more than 5 stars to favourite products.

Sourcing Events

When viewing a Sourcing event where a supplier response has been provided, display any explanatory notes that were added by the supplier.

Order Shipments

Correct minor defect where it was not possible to click through the Shipments page to the corresponding Admin page.

Assets

Correct caption of Asset “Weight Life Test” field.

Amend Asset Information Request task to display “GPS/Telemetry Unit Included?” field for appropriate products.

Correct defect where the entry of the location for an Onsite Breakdown/Repair was not mandatory.

Inventory

Amend Inventory address selectors to use faster AJAX controls so that they operate more quickly.

Enable support for outbound webhooks integration – initially supports report job completion events.
