New features in catalog360 Release 1.6.18

Profile Menu

Addition of new “Settings” menu. Use this menu to navigate to Admin site features, and also to new Integration and Import features.

The “Admin Site” menu is still available.

Product Page

Subject to permission setting remove the default start-end dates for a Rental period and force the user to select a rental period.

Draft Request Page

“Not found/new” form Delivery Date field changed to be an optional field.

Resolve defect where “Not found/new” products were being created with no default common attribute values assigned.

Orders

On the Order list, display a paperclip badge for any Order with associated attachments.

On the Purchase Order detail page, display thumbnail images for any file attachments to the Purchase Order header.

Order Shipments

Update “Create Invoice” button to invoke updated “New Invoice” form (see below).

Tasks

For tasks relating to Safety Critical products apply “prevent completion if Task has no attachment” rule for Breakdown tasks only.

Invoices

Subject to permission setting display a “New Invoice” button and associated New Invoice form.

For a given invoice referring to rental products, display the actual hire period and not the minimum hire period.

Settings > Import

Remove progress balloon from display when import reaches 100%. Display “Done” button only.

Resolve defect in Supplier Item import “String was not recognized as a value”.

 

Catalog360 Circle

Quotes

Resolve defect where supplier quotations were not visible for some Circle connections.

Orders

On the Purchase Order detail page, display thumbnail images for any file attachments to the Purchase Order header.
